Air Quality and GPA
Have you ever wondered why your child studies and works hard to acheive good grades but fail short. It might not have anything to do with your child. It could have to do with the air they are breathing. In a new study conducted by University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) shows that poor air quality has been linked to lower test scores and GPA’s in students. Those students that had lower GPA’s had more exposure to Nitrogen Dioxide. Nitrogen Dioxide is a common air pollutant that is given off by cars, trucks and SUVs.
